About me

Hi, my name is Sierra Shivers and I’m the owner of The Nook Spa Studio in Winston, where my clients from all over the county come to receive comprehensive skin and nail care, and most recently, light therapy.   

A lot of you have heard of red-light therapy, seen it on tv or social media, some have used it, but few know how or if it works. I know before my research I was skeptical but after being encouraged by a valued client, friend, and lifelong healthcare professional I was intrigued. And what I found is nothing short of mind-blowing.
